2. Jul 13,  · I've got two CD pressings of Oxygene - one is a German PMDC pressing (Polydor/Disques Dreyfus ) and the other is what I think is an early French pressing (Disques Dreyfus ). The French CD has no mention of Polydor on the disc itself and just mentions Polydor as the distributor on the back of the inlay with no Polydor logos anywhere.

The way I feel about this album ultimately is that it's pretty decent by Jarre's standards and should interest hardcore fans but at the same time it sounds like he came up with 40 minutes of music and decided to make it an Oxygene sequel even though it doesn't really sound like one. It does grow on you though. Worth a listen.
